3.1. The App may allow users to upload content, including images, through Spotify. By uploading content, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Website and the App.
3.2. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content and that the content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4. In-App Purchases
4.1. The App may offer in-app purchases. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the specified price for the purchase.
4.2. In-app purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded the App.
